Head of HR Business Partners & ER - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

An outstanding opportunity for a Head of HR Business Partners & ER to lead a team of HR BPs and HR Advisors/ER professionals in a comprehensive HR/ER service to the organisation. You will be part of the Senior HR & OD team with a focus on overseeing the HR Business Partners and HR Advisors in the oversight of complex employer relations and union relationships. Key Areas

• Leadership of HR team - including HR Business Partners and Employer Relations Team
• Lead and develop an effective relationship with unions with a key role in leading consultations and negotiations
• Develop the capabilities of the HR team, in particular with employer relations.
• Lead the HR Business Partners and provide direction and support to active objectives across a range of areas including management development, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, culture and change development, wellbeing and employee engagement.
• Role model and subject-matter expert on generalist HR matters, for example, ER, performance management, employee engagement and a point of escalation for complex employer relations.
• Support the HR Business Partners with a range of complex organisational change projects.

Candidates

• We are seeking senior HR professionals with substantial experience of leadership of large HR teams, including HR Business Partners, HR Advisors, Employer Relations Advisors.
• You will need experience of working within large and complex unionised environments.
• Substantial experience in complex employer relations, change and union relationships.
• Chartered MCIPD / Level 7 CIPD

The Offer

• We are seeking a senior HR professional to be engaged on an initial interim basis via Hays weekly online time sheets.
• Start ASAP
• Full time role - PAYE - £39 - 47 per hour or Umbrella company - £45-55 per hour
• On site circa 4 days per week in Bournemouth, Dorset
