PageGroup are delighted to support a highly successful and rapidly growing professional services organisation based in Hinckley, Leicestershire with the appointment of a Head of HR Advisory Services to join a busy and dynamic team.

This role is fully office based.

Description

The role of Head of HR Advisory Services is a fast-paced and challenging role, you will take full responsibility for a large team of around 60 HR professionals (Supported by Team Leaders), providing HR Advisory Services to a wide range of clients.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Direct the operational management of the HR Advisory team and the output of work.
• Manage team performance within a contact centre environment ensuring they meet KPIs and quality standards whilst maintaining a high standard of service provided to clients.
• Coach, inspire, motivate and support the team as necessary to maintain strong working relationships within the team and with clients
• Responsible for the performance and increase in efficiencies across the full advisory team including introducing new ways to improve our service.

Profile

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background within a similar HR leadership role.

Job Offer

Package will be depending on experience

Circa £65,000

Car Allowance - £5k
