Key Responsibilities as Head of Guest Services: 
  • Key Responsibilities People & Leadership
    • Lead, inspire, and motivate the Guest Services team to consistently deliver a guest-centric service.
    • Recruit, onboard, train, and support team members to reach their full potential.
    • Manage rotas, payroll, and staffing levels within departmental budgets.
    • Conduct regular one-on-one performance reviews and development sessions.
    Guest Experience
    • Be a visible, approachable leader – proactively engaging with guests throughout their stay.
    • Develop strong guest relationships, with special attention to VIPs and returning guests.
    • Drive personalised, memorable experiences, resolving any issues swiftly and professionally.
    Operations
    • Oversee daily team briefings and guest recognition meetings.
    • Coordinate seamless arrival and departure processes with attention to detail.
    • Ensure smooth daily operations and collaborate with other departments for service excellence.
