Key Responsibilities as Head of Guest Services:

- Recruit, onboard, train, and support team members to reach their full potential.
- Manage rotas, payroll, and staffing levels within departmental budgets.
- Conduct regular one-on-one performance reviews and development sessions.
Guest Experience - Be a visible, approachable leader – proactively engaging with guests throughout their stay.
- Develop strong guest relationships, with special attention to VIPs and returning guests.
- Drive personalised, memorable experiences, resolving any issues swiftly and professionally.
Operations - Oversee daily team briefings and guest recognition meetings.
- Coordinate seamless arrival and departure processes with attention to detail.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and collaborate with other departments for service excellence.
