Head of FP&A – Global Manufacturing Business Leigh | Hybrid | £65-75k + Bonus + BenefitsA global leader in manufacturing and design is looking for an experienced Head of FP&A to join the senior leadership team. This is a high-profile role where you will shape financial strategy, manage commercial performance, and lead a skilled FP&A team in a fast-paced, international environment.The Role:• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategy• Oversee pricing strategies, rebate schemes, and promotional analysis• Partner with sales, product development, supply chain, and operations• Provide board-level insights to maximise profitability and growth• Centralise data and develop robust management information (MI) systems• Manage divisional P&L and reporting to UK and international stakeholders• Drive process improvements in systems, reporting, and data integration• Support strategic growth projects, including M&A and integration activitiesKey Skills & Experience:• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified• Proven track record in senior commercial finance or FP&A leadership• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability• Confident influencing and presenting at board level• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsIf you are a results-driven qualified accountant with strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to deliver strategic impact, please send your CV to Jessica Coleman at Axon Moore and join a global business where your expertise will directly shape success.
