Head of FP&A – High-Growth Professional Services BusinessLocation: Burnley (Ideally office-based (5 days), with some flexibility)Salary: £65,000 – £80,000 + BenefitsWe are exclusively partnering with a highly successful and ambitious professional services business with a unique offering, that has bold growth plans to triple their Turnover and EBITDA within the next 5 years. Growth will be driven through a strategic mix of organic expansion and a complex M&A buy & build journey.As part of their exciting growth journey, the Group Finance Director is seeking to appoint a Head of FP&A to act as their number 2. This newly created role will be pivotal in enabling strategic decision-making, driving operational efficiencies, and delivering the insight required for sustainable expansion.You will oversee a small, capable finance team and work closely with senior stakeholders across the group, playing a central role in:

• Data & Reporting – Leading initiatives to enhance data integrity, implementing Power BI, and transforming forecasting models.
• M&A Support – Providing critical financial analysis and insight during acquisition activity as part of an extensive buy-and-build strategy.
• Team Leadership & Business Partnering – Managing and developing the FP&A function while building strong relationships with the SLT.

We are seeking a commercially astute and project-focused finance professional with a proven track record in strategic planning and business partnering. You will be:

• Fully qualified (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
• Experienced in FP&A, ideally within a multi-entity or acquisitive business environment
• Adept at working with data, systems, and BI tools to provide actionable insight
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and influencing decision-making at a senior level
