Head of Group FP&A

Pinpoint Resourcing are partnered with an established yet growing media business to source a Head of Group FP&A who will join the team to identify and implement changes to an existing team.

Duties

• Manage the conception of a new FP&A team from the ground up,
• Leading all financial analysis & reporting with a mindset focused on growth.
• Collaborate closely with other finance leadership to implement substantial enhancements to FP&A procedures, facilitating planning cycles with efficient input from business units.
• Utilise data to contribute to the company's strategic decision-making on a monthly basis, conducting exceptional analysis & benchmarking.
• Embrace adaptability to offer ad hoc financial support to the CFO and Executive Finance Director.

Requirements

• 5-10 years PQE most recently working in a Group FP&A role in a large organisation.
• Previous experience mentoring and developing team members.
• A proven track record partnering with business leaders
• Previous experience drilling into data to tell a story, using insights and trends

Salary + Additional information

• Paying £80,000- £100,000 + 10% bonus
• 3 Days in the office, 2 days from home
