Duties:The role holder will be a key player within our culinary team and will be at the heart of ensuring excellence across our region. Responsibilities will include operational excellence, strategic leadership, team inspiration, talent development, event collaboration, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. The role holder will drive menu innovation, maintain creativity, and provide essential business development support. Managing supplier relationships and ensuring top-notch quality control. Equally important is a strong grasp of recipe creation and confidence in producing dishes to spec. The successful candidate will significantly impact the training and development of both new and existing teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• High level of practical knowledge of all soft services or relevant technical qualification.
• English and Maths qualification.
• Full clean UK driving Licence.
• Considerable experience in a Catering, Hospitality, Events and service in leadership/management role.
• Experience of delivering catering in a corporate environment, 5 Star Service.
• Experience of leading a large team and significant budget.
• Experience of delivering a full P&L monthly review, including costs controls and savings.
• Familiar with operational excellence techniques/philosophy.
• Excellent relationship management at all levels.
• Demonstrate energy, drive, innovation, and enthusiasm – an essential skill to work with on-site clients in a fast performance driven financial services environment.

Working Arrangements:Working pattern: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Typically core hours will range from 7am till 3.30pm).Number of working weeks: 52 weeks (Annual leave to be taken during school half term).Location: Our Head Office is based in Dagenham East this role will require regular attendance at our head office and multiple sites we operate in (London/Essex)
