Head of Financial Planning - BWD Search & Selection : Job Details

BWD are supporting an multi office and expanding professional services firm in their search for a Head of Financial Planning.

Looking to replicate growth across their other service lines, our client is seeking a multi-talented financial planner who can help lead, grow and build a successful financial advisory arm.

The initial focus of the role will see you inherit and develop an existing client base, alongside this you will help nurture internal relationship with key stakeholders who can offer access to wealthy business and personal clients. Holding a number of years advisory experience, you will also shape the future of the business and implement improvements across the division across both the advisory and support teams.

Longer term, you will have the opportunity to build the advisory team through the hiring of additional planners, allowing the business to truly fulfil it’s untapped potential. Compliance responsibility for the business can also form part of the opportunity for these with the want and relevant experience.

A base package of up to £100,000 plus bonuses and benefits compliment this very exciting opportunity.
