Head of Finance Systems - Robertson Bell : Job Details

Robertson Bell are recruiting for a London based organisation to help them recruit a Head of Finance System on a permanent basis. They are currently changing systems to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). As part of the new finance system, it is also the opportunity to reinvent the image of the finance systems team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the finance systems team – including the opportunity to build your own team.
• Partner with the finance team to ensure the system meets their needs and provide training and support to end-users.
• Assist on the implementation of Dynamics 365.
• Implement new functionality and integrations, ensuring the system is the best it can be. With the intention of making constant improvements.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to build and lead a high-performing team.
• Proactive, innovative approach to continuous improvement.
