You'll support strategic financial planning and be a key voice in senior leadership decisions that go beyond just finance.You'll also oversee central finance services, making sure all schools and colleges get the support they need. It's a chance to improve systems and processes across the entire trust.What you'll need:
- Qualified accountant with senior financial management experience (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CIPFA or equivalent)
- Track record of managing teams and resources effectively
- Experience with management accounts, statutory reporting, and budget processes
- Ability to develop and maintain financial procedures and ensure compliance
