Head of Finance - KCR Solutions : Job Details

KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this fantastic organisation based in Durham, with the recruitment of a qualified Head of Finance. Working closely with the management team, your duties will be as follows:

• Overseeing all day-to-day financial operations and ensuring all full efficiency
• Managing the finance team and providing strong leadership
• Working with the team in producing the management accounts
• Preparation quarterly financial reports
• Responsible for budgets, forecasting and variance analysis
• Ensuring robust financial controls are in place
• Monitoring cashflow and preparing cashflow forecasts monthly
• Overseeing strict debt collection processes
• Responsible for financial reporting and regulatory compliance
• System implementation and optimisation

You will be a qualified Accountant and will have worked in a similar role previously. You will be keen to be an integral member of the senior leadership team; advising with strategy and long-term plans. Strong financial leadership is essential and you will have solid IT skills, particularly Excel.
