Head of Finance - Greenwell Gleeson : Job Details

Greenwell Gleeson are exclusively recruiting a Head of Finance for a well-established manufacturer who continue to go from strength to strength. Reporting to the MD you will be required to take responsibility for the smooth running of all aspects of the finance function including the transactional team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting as well as business partnering with the senior management to help continue the business growth. You will also be heavily involved in driving process improvements, improving financial controls and also supporting commercial and operational activities. To be successful in the role you will need to have held a similarly senior role in a SME business, a good understanding of manufacturing reporting, have excellent team management skill, have experience of partnering senior management and be comfortable in a fast paced environment.
