Head of Finance - KennedyPearce Consulting : Job Details

• Head of Finance: 50% Reporting/ 50% commercial focused
• Hybrid working: 2-3 days in the London office
• End of April/ Early May start date

As a Head of Finance, you will be a valued person proactively driving and owning financial workstreams. Reporting to the CFO and managing a team of 3 this role really is a perfect blend of FP&A and reporting within a fast-growing tech industry.

The Head of Finance role:

Reporting (50%):

Manage a team of 3 Accountants and have oversight of financial accounting and financial operations including treasury:

• Making sure the statutory annual accounts for the group and companies are correct (IFRS and FRS102)
• Management of audit and preparation
• Board reports and management reporting
• Tax reporting and compliances

Commercial (50%):

• Finance business partner with the Group's commercial teams
• Manage sales, revenue and productivity forecast process
• Develop and collate internal management reports for account teams analysing sales pipeline, revenue, income statements
• Manage regular meetings to review, interrogate, record and follow up on agreed actions
• Model forecast utilisation and capacity drivers and provide variance analysis of actuals compared with budget and forecast
• Provide analysis to facilitate demand vs supply side revenue and capacity management

The ideal candidate:

? Qualified ACA/ ACCA from an audit firm with a strong understanding of IFRS

? At least 3 years’ experience in a commercial FP&A role or a similar Head of Finance/ Financial Controller role

? Management of a small team

? Experience working in a listed business
