Head of Finance - Group FP&A - Goodman Masson : Job Details

A well known retail business is seeking an Interim Head of Group FP&A to steer their budgeting, forecasting, and analytical processes. This is a chance to make a substantial impact, working closely with the executive committee and reporting directly to the Group Finance Director.Key Responsibilities:- Lead comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and analytical functions at a group level- Deliver incisive reports and insights to senior stakeholders, shaping strategic decisions- Foster robust relationships with key business partners, providing challenge and insight

Benefits:- Salary range of £120,000 - £130,000 per anumn + benefits - Central London location- Hybrid working model, with 3 days on-site- Immediate start with a 6-9 month fixed term contractEssential Skills and Experience:- Proven FP&A expertise within a large listed business environment, at a business unit or Group level- Demonstrable commercial acumen, with a track record of adding value to the business- Strong communication skills- Ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders effectively
