Head of Family Office - Asterley Clarke : Job Details

This is an interesting opportunity for a high calibre talented professional to join an highly successful established business. We are looking to recruit an experienced Head of Family office. The role will oversee and manage properties and personnel for an HNW family in Central London.

Being part of a high-profile senior management team, and we are looking for a great team player and effective communicator who can liaise directly with family members, the family office and household staff.

The Head of Family Office will have ultimate oversight and hands-on involvement in the following key areas:

• Management of Family Properties in UK and overseas, ensure assets and home are being managed effectively
• Ownership for travel arrangements and schedules for the family within the UK and overseas
• Corporate Administration: Manage the corporate secretarial and administrative functions for legal entities within the business.
• Legal & Regulatory Oversight: Serve as the central point of contact on legal matters, liaising with external counsel and ensuring the group's adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Investor Projects Take a role in the evaluation, due diligence, and execution of new investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions. This includes financial modelling, deal structuring, and post-acquisition integration.
• Shareholder Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to the Directors, facilitating communication, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment on key decisions.
• Management of Shareholders' Affairs: Oversee a range of personal financial and legal matters for the shareholders, ensuring discretion and efficiency.

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record within a HNW family office role. Possess a proactive can-do attitude and a hands-on approach.
