Discussing the role with the Operations Director, we cam simplify (a full brief is available) the areas of responsibility across a few key areas.

• Project management and delivery of both major and smaller capital investment and improvement projects.
• Providing leadership and strategic input into the maintenance team to undertake both planned and reactive works.
• Providing leadership and strategic input into the process engineering team to deliver projects, commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use data available to produce and deliver a continuous improvement program to build a culture focused on world class manufacturing.
