Key Responsibilities - Own the digital strategy across all channels – paid, organic, social, email, SEO, and influencer.
- Build and lead a high-performing digital team as we scale.
- Drive growth through data-driven campaigns, performance marketing, and brand storytelling.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, creative, and e-commerce to deliver seamless customer journeys.
- Analyse and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI and customer lifetime value.
- Shape the brand voice and digital presence to resonate with our community of creators, and trendsetters.
Key Skills - Proven experience in digital marketing leadership, ideally in fashion, e-commerce, or DTC brands.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and customer acquisition.
- Creative thinker with a passion for brand building and storytelling.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams and agencies.
- Hands-on with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, GA4, Shopify, and TikTok.
