About the Agency:

Our client are a highly creative integrated marketing communications agency based in London, with a focus on blending journalism, content and amplification. They work with a plethora of highly reputable clients and house-hold names in providing effective marketing solutions to meet business needs. They now seek a Head of Digital to define and build a digital department, working alongside the senior leadership team.

About the Head of Digital role:

The key responsibilities for the Head of Digital role include the following:

• Lead, grow and shape the digital team.
• Act as a senior client consultant, leading on digital counsel to a variety of both B2B and B2C clients spanning a range of sectors.
• Develop and define the agencies digital department and offering
• Grow the practice, bringing in new business for the agency and developing digital strategies for new business pitches.
• Form part of the management team at the agency, making key business decisions and aligning with the core agency values.

About you, as the Head of Digital:

• Previous experience in a similar role 
• Agency experience
• Experience managing, leading, and mentoring a team
• Experience working with both B2B and B2C clients
• Possesses deep digital expertise
• Organisational, planning and client management skills
