We’re looking for an experienced Conveyancing Manager/Head of Department to take the reins of a busy, expanding conveyancing team. This is a leadership role offering the chance to shape processes, mentor staff, and drive growth – all within a fully remote, modern working environment.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage the conveyancing team, providing supervision and guidance
• Oversee a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Contribute to the firm’s strategy and business development
• Ensure compliance, quality standards, and excellent client care
• Drive innovation in a forward-thinking, digital-first environment

What you’ll need:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent
• Extensive experience in residential conveyancing, ideally at senior or management level
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and the ability to build lasting client relationships
• A proactive, collaborative approach
