An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Head of Business to join a strong community school in a developing area of East London. We are looking for a professional who shares our vision and ambition for the young people in the local community, aiming to provide them with the education and skills necessary to achieve their dreams.

• Lead the Business department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning for all students.
• Develop and implement an exciting Business curriculum that inspires and motivates students.
• Promote a culture of positive behaviour and high aspirations within the department.
• Encourage student participation in a wide range of physical activities and sports.
• Monitor and support the progress and achievement of students within the department.
• Foster positive relationships and a collaborative environment among staff and students.
• Participate in and contribute to the school’s extensive after-school clubs programme.
• Receive and contribute to weekly coaching sessions and a personalised CPD programme.

• Qualified Teacher Status and experience teaching the UK Business curriculum.
• A passion for physical education and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a successful Business department.
