A great opportunity to join a leading education provider as a Head of Data and Analytics

THE COMPANY

The business is a global education provider specialised in providing education for students across the world.

Joining the business as Head of Data and Analytics, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, management and utilization of enrolment and marketing data systems across the business.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enhance understanding of CRM data across the business, educating on how to use CRM data and how it can be utilised for business growth

• Extracting insights from data on core KPIs to drive revenue and improve ROI

• Simplifying Marketing KPIs and helping the business to understand them

• Fixing and handling the backend data environment

• Ensuring enrolment data is robust and reliable

• Creating new data and CRM agencies

• Leading and mentoring a team of data professionals

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong technical experience in SQL, Python and Power BI

• Strong understanding of marketing and CRM data

• Experience working with structured and unstructured data

• Expertise and track-record in analytics

• Proven track-record managing and mentoring data professionals
