As a luxury fashion company with a strong ethical standpoint we are leaders and innovators in our industry.About the Team:The marketing team is pivotal to bringing all aspects of Stella McCartney brand to life across all consumer touchpoints, through narrative and story-telling, imagery and motion, social media, events, media and advertising, partnerships and retail / ecommerce, channelling the philosophy to ensure the brand vision remains consistent and strong.OverviewThe Head of Creative Services will work with senior stakeholders across the marketing team to establish the business priorities are aligned with the strategic mission and ensure there is a consistent link between Design, Brand and Retail. This role will report into the CMO and work closely with the Marketing Director and Visual Director to build out project management activities for the wider departments to ensure the Chief Marketing Officer can devote critical attention to executing strategic plans. The Head of Creative Services will ensure activities within Marketing and Creative are delivered in line with the Creative Director's vision, creating a harmonious and efficient process for experts and senior stakeholders to thrive.Your Mission:
  • Project manage all stages of marketing activities from initial creative / marketing brief to consumer brand acitivity
  • Continuously improve and assess best process and ways of working to seamlessly deliver projects on time and in budget
  • Development of planning, resource management and budgeting with internal key stakeholders aligned with project and strategic deliverables
  • Leading Show activity from a Creative project management perspective
  • Streaming of Creative processes and project approvals from the Creative Director
  • Oversee production of all shoots, campaigns and brand exercises, implementing a critical path, and ensuring there is an alignment with the business strategy and vision of the Creative Director
  • Work with the wider teams to ensure the strategic creative vision is reflected throughout the business, both internally and externally
  • Co-create, build and maintain the planning roadmap and critical paths for the marketing and creative image team, aligning priorities to the departmental budget
  • Work closely with the Design & Merchandising teams to ensure key products and narratives are being represented
  • Partner with Marketing Director on post project wrap-ups

  • Provides regular project communication at all levels internally
  • Manage successful delivery of key project milestones to ensure approval and sign-off
