Head of Compliance - Kennedy Pearce - eFinancialCareers : Job Details

We have been mandated by a global derivatives trading house to identify a new Head of Compliance/MLRO for their London business.

Duties and Responsibilities of Head of Compliance:

• Providing full regulatory oversight including owning the relationship with the FCA
• Maintaining and enhancing internal Compliance frameworks
• Updating policies and providing business-wide training
• Overseeing the new client KYC on-boarding process
• Overseeing all monitoring and reviews
• Leading global team projects and providing strategic initiatives and direction.
• Managing and mentoring a small team.

Attributes and Requirements for Head of Compliance

You will ideally come from a securities trading or electronic trading background and you must have strong working knowledge of derivatives and Exchange rules. Salary: £150K plus bonus, benefits and hybrid working.
