Head of Commercial Finance - Greenwell Gleeson : Job Details

My client is looking to recruit an ambitious commercially minding professional who will be able to work in close partnership with the MD to drive business performance. Working at the divisional head office you will be tasked with helping producing the monthly results and presenting them to senior management. You will then be responsible for analysing the performance and work in partnership with a wide range of internal function to help drive the business and maintain and improve margins. There will also be a significant commercial element to the role as you will be supporting and leading new business bids/tenders and help in negotiating and winning new deals. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate leadership and commercial acumen as well as adaptability, tenacity and a strong work ethic. Also excellent communication and analysis skills will be equally important.
