Our client is a very well-established player within the Private Client Wealth Management space and has enjoyed impressive year on year grow for the last 5 years. They now wish to build on this success and have an ambitious new 5-year growth plan, that will require additional Senior Management talent to enable them to achieve this.

They have just created a new role as part of this plan, for someone to take responsibility for the Financial Administration and Client Management Team. This is a very hands-on role, where you will be given space and autonomy to help shape the future of this department and expand it to accommodate the budgeted increase in head count.

This will suit someone that has a demonstrable track record of recruiting, training, managing and motivating administrative staff within the Financial Services arena. A key part of this role will be a thorough review of all current systems, processes and procedures and make recommendations to improve efficiencies and quality of service provided to the wider business and client base. In addition, you will need to identify any current staff training needs and implement 1:1 personal development plans, whilst undertaking a wider project within the business to understand the other departments and Advisers current and future support needs.
