Head of Change - Insurance - La Fosse : Job Details

Reporting to the COO, the successful Head of Change will be responsible for setting up the change function to handle change across business processes, technologies, organisational structure, job roles and systems and reporting relevant transformational initiatives. This will include leading on the design and set-up of the change and transformation capability across the organisation.
