Head of Business Partnering & FP&A - Pure Resourcing Solutions : Job Details

We are seeking an accomplished finance leader to join as Interim Head of Business Partnering and Financial Planning. This critical 9–12 month role (with the possibility of extension) will oversee business partnering and financial planning functions, ensuring the delivery of robust management information and financial insight to support strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will lead a large and experienced team and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership across the organisation.The ideal candidate will have significant senior-level experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering within complex, multi-stakeholder environments. They will be an influential leader with a strong track record in driving performance improvement and enabling informed investment and resource allocation decisions.This hybrid role is based in Cambridge, requiring two days per week on site.
