Renault Retail Group seeks an experienced motor retail Senior Manager to join us as a Head of Business, covering our West and North West London dealerships: Renault London West, Renault Hayes and Renault Watford.

You will be responsible for maximising the efficiency, profitability and financial performance of both businesses. This includes responsibility of achievement of sales and aftersales volumes, profit targets, cost and stock control, policy adherence and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction in each of the dealership’s business units, namely: New Car Sales, Used Car Sales, Local Fleet Sales, Service and Workshop, Bodyshop, Retail and Trade Parts.

You will also be managing staff, their recruitment, coaching and development, maintaining company standards and controls, adherence to H&S policy, regularly monitoring and communicating the dealership’s financial performance and achieving Group and manufacturer targets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior manager in the motor retail sector to join a manufacturer-owned group.

Candidates must have a substantial track record in automotive general management roles in order to be considered, in roles entitled General Manager, Head of Business, Dealer Principal, Centre Manager, Branch Manager, etc. and we will prioritise candidates have recent experience in heading multi-site, main dealer businesses.

For this role the successful candidate will be/have:

• Eligibility to work in the UK and hold a full valid UK Driving License
• Employed as a Senior Manager within their current motor retail organisation
• A proven track record in exceeding performance targets in dealership sales, aftersales, administrative and support functions
• Ideally: within one hour’s commute of Renaults London West (TW8), Hayes (UB3) and Watford (WD18)

In return we offer a basic salary of £80,000 pa, bonus scheme (OTE £104,000 pa), car, business fuel, laptop, mobile phone, pension scheme + life assurance, share options and private healthcare.
