Head of Block Management - Turner Wise : Job Details

Our high end client in Finchley are now looking for a Head of Block Management with around 5 years Block Management experience, or if you have 2 to 3 years of Team Leader experience to jin their business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Block Management, excellent communication and relationship management are key in this role when speaking with contractors, landlords, and tenants.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Proven knowledge of the property industry- Understanding of trades and maintenance.- Exceptional communication skills, both polite and confident.- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
