• Develop and implement a comprehensive Art and Design curriculum aligned with national standards.
• Lead, mentor, and support staff, promoting professional growth and collaboration.
• Oversee extracurricular programmes, encouraging student participation and success
• Monitor student progress, assess performance, and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.
• Contribute to school-wide initiatives and events.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) with a degree in Art and Design or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching Art and Design at secondary level.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
