Head of Art (Art Teacher)

An "Outstanding" All-Through School in the Borough of Redbridge are on the hunt for a Head of Art (Art Teacher) for a September 2024 start. This is a full-time, and permanent position.

What will the role of Head of Art (Art Teacher) entail?

• Raising attainment & the quality of learning across KS3-5
• Once confidence within Secondary you'll then lead Art across the Primary Phase
• Working with a new team of Art Teachers to increase the quality of Art across the School
• Delivering engaging lessons to avoid behavior issues!

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Must have high standards for yourself & colleagues
• Willingness to lead from the front
• Must have UK QTS
• Graded "Outstanding" or "Good" in recent lesson observations
