This is a rare and exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and operational excellence of a respected educational setting. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience in financial management and strategic leadership, ideally within the education sector.

• Lead the financial strategy and operations of the institution.
• Provide high-level strategic and operational leadership across finance functions.
• Ensure robust financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support institutional goals and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in financial processes.

• Proven managerial experience in finance within the education sector.
• Significant strategic and operational leadership capabilities.
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
