Key Responsibilities
Team & Operations
- Guide and motivate concierge staff across all shifts
- Ensure professional standards, compliance, and smooth day-to-day running
- Oversee inventory, cleanliness, presentation, and site inspections
Resident Experience
- Act as the main point of contact, offering warm, discreet, and tailored service
- Build trusted relationships and maintain accurate resident profiles
- Deliver bespoke lifestyle services that exceed expectations
Technology & Communication
- Manage resident app, digital systems, and BMS platforms
- Ensure clear communication across residents, management, and partners
Standards & Reporting
- Support compliance with health, safety, and security protocols
- Assist with SLA reporting and operational documentation
Brand & Presentation
- Set the tone for professionalism and represent the development with integrity and excellence
