This is a fantastic and exciting opportunity for an experienced chef who has been either in charge and wants to move to a hotel or a number two in such a restaurant and would like to take on a challenge. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional culinary output.
- Develop and execute creative and innovative menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and appeal to our clientele.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate effectively with front-of-house staff to deliver an outstanding dining experience for guests.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume, upscale Michelin restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
