With a large and diverse customer base across multiple industries, and partnerships with many of the world's leading IT and cyber security brands, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their sales career. The role sits within a fast-moving industry where new technologies emerge constantly. You will provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on a wide range of end-user hardware and peripherals to support their business needs. Working alongside experienced Account Managers and Product Specialists, you will play a key part in ensuring both the retention and growth of existing customers. You'll need to be customer-focused with a natural ability to build strong, trusted relationships through offering sound advice and first-class service. A typical day will involve proactively engaging with existing customers to encourage adoption of end-user hardware solutions, as well as handling incoming enquiries, resolving issues, and advising on the best hardware and licensing applications — all while working towards sales targets. Full training on products, services, and internal systems will be provided, along with ongoing coaching and mentoring to support your development. In return, our client is seeking a strong team player with the drive to succeed in a targeted environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Proactively calling customers to create needs for additional products and services
  • Development of strong relationships with customers
  • Responding to customer requests and raising quotations
  • Provision of feedback and sales opportunities to other specialist roles
  • Keeping accurate records of all customer information
  • Input to sales initiatives relating to new products, product offers etc. and completing timely follow up
  • Preparation of accurate sales order documentation
  • Keeping abreast of technological developments to ensure you're able to discuss potential benefits with customers
About You
  • Proven success in a targeted sales environment
  • Previous experience in an IT environment, or an IT qualification.
  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • A commitment to creating a first-class customer service environment
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
