**Requirements:**- CSCS Card- Own tools- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

**Responsibilities:**- Perform general maintenance tasks including carpentry, snagging, and painting.- Respond promptly to repair requests and efficiently resolve issues.- Conduct routine inspections and identify potential problems.- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
