Join a fast-scaling tech business on a mission to make car maintenance as seamless as ordering a takeaway. Backed by a major automotive brand and fresh off the back of new funding, this 6-year-old company is entering its next stage of growth - and they're looking for a sharp, hungry Growth Marketing Manager to lead the charge on non-paid channels.
?? The RoleAs Growth Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of CRM and SEO strategy, working alongside a high-performing marketing and product team. Your focus? Driving orders, fuelling customer acquisition, and building smart, creative campaigns that convert.
You'll:
Lead and optimise CRM and SEO strategies to grow non-paid traffic and user engagement
Develop and execute campaign ideas (e.g. promotions, competitions, lifecycle campaigns)
Own agency relationships and manage external partners
Collaborate closely with performance marketing, product, and design teams
Scope and hire freelance support or copywriters where needed
2+ years' experience in growth, CRM, or SEO roles - ideally in a startup or scaleup
Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and organic growth levers
A creative thinker who's data-informed and commercially driven
Bonus if you've worked across broader marketing functions
Smart, curious, sparky - someone who thrives in fast-moving environments
