Position Overview:
Elevation Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a global distributor.
Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager you will plan, produce and execute compelling content and copywrite across various digital channels. They will be working alongside the Ecommerce team in the areas of SEO, CRO, emails, product and price optimisations, campaign planning, social media, and market research. This role will work closely with the Ecommerce Manager to aid in enhancing SEO rank through content and technical optimisations. Stay up to date with the latest Ecommerce trends and continue to enhance their knowledge to suggest new ideas to increase conversion rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute compelling content and copywrite for a range of digital channels, such as website blogs, emails and social media post.
- Contribute towards improving SEO rank and CRO by performing technical, content optimisations and A/B testing around products data, website pages, UX & CX.
- Utilise Google Search Console and SEO tools to regularly research search keyword terms, to optimise products and generate blogs with an aim to increase the quality of organic traffic and improve SEO rank.
- Deliver and proactively ensure the content calendar is regularly kept up to date with our product and service offering, while monitoring the performance of social media KPI’s.
- Support the Ecommerce Manager in monitoring the performance of CRO tests, analysing key website metrics, identifying trends, and generating reports within an array of digital platforms such as BigCommerce, HupSpot, Google Suits and more.
- Help team members to conduct market research and analyse customer data to aid the team in decision making.
- Support in maintaining and expand the online product ranges by uploading and updating product information and pricing.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to achieve department goals.

Skills and Qualifications:
- A least 2+ years of experience in a Ecommerce/Digital Marketing role.
- A Digital Marketing Degree qualification or equivalent certification.
- Experience managing all social media channels (Preferred LinkedIn).
- Experience working with a CMS.
- Proven experience in technical and content SEO & CRO
- Experience in using Adobe Suites or Canva is preferred but not required.
- Experience in using Google Search Console, GA4 & SEO Tools.
