Growth Marketing Executive
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Our client is the UK’s only on-campus TV broadcast channel, reaching 1.2 million students nationwide through their interactive AV network across 70+ universities.
As part of their mission to connect brands with Gen Z in meaningful ways, they’re launching Student Perks — a new digital platform delivered via their app offering exclusive student offers, perks, and rewards.
The Role
They are looking for a Growth Marketing Executive to support the rollout of brand-new e-commerce features, helping drive acquisition, engagement, and loyalty from day one.
You’ll play a hands-on role in running multichannel campaigns, building and testing landing pages, email flows and in-app messages, and digging into performance data to help them launch fast, learn quickly and scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and optimise growth campaigns across owned channels via TV/app, paid social, search, email, and referral channels to drive traffic and conversions
- Support the go-to-market rollout of their new e-commerce features, ensuring a smooth, engaging experience for students
- A/B test landing pages, creative, and messaging to maximize sign-ups, purchases, and repeat usage
- Assist in building and automating email/CRM flows to support onboarding, upsell, and win-back campaigns
- Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to develop growth assets and support new feature launches
- Analyse performance data and user behaviour using GA4 and internal dashboards (Looker Studio, Tableau) to identify areas for optimisation
- Stay up to date with Gen Z digital trends and identify new opportunities for campaign testing and student engagement
Skills and Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads
- Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Adobe Campaign or similar
- Comfortable working with analytics tools like Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, A/B testing, and campaign metrics (CPA, CAC, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
- A proactive, curious mindset — you enjoy testing, iterating, and learning from data
- Bonus points for experience working with e-commerce, student/Gen Z brands, or marketplace platforms
- Experience working on or with affiliate networks (e.g. AWIN, Impact, or TradeDoubler) is highly desirable — whether setting up programs or supporting partner growth
