Group Travel Ski Expert - (German speaker)
Salary: £30k - £35k + performance Bonus + benefit package
Location: Hove (hybrid role 3 days office and 2 days remote)
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 17.30pm

If so, I have a unique and exciting opportunity to join their group travel ski department over seeing and expanding suppliers’ relationships for their trips to Austria and Andorra.
You will already have a travel background with a proven ability to cultivate great business relationships with current and new suppliers to increase the business offering in Andorra and Austria.
Responsibilities:
- Liasing with the sales team and assisting in processing group travel ski trips.
- Liasing with suppliers in Austria and Andorra ensuring a smooth booking is administered.
- Reaching out to new suppliers and negotiating rates for the organisation (hotels, shuttle buses, ski schools, evening entertainment, ski hire, etc.) to generate new supplier agreements.
- CRM administration.
- Input into marketing strategy.
- Inputting passenger and school enquiries on to the database and sending suppliers room allocations.
- Travelling to Austria and Andorra to meet suppliers t nurture and generate new agreements.
- Attending trade shows and networking events.
- Processing financial information onto Xero.
- Update travel and passenger information and sending out accurate information via email, phone and correspondence.
- Working to targets to increase passenger numbers/trips to Andorra and Austria by increasing the supplier agreements.
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:
- Proven travel background ideally within group travel.
- Fluent German speaker.
- Flexible and happy to travel abroad to meet suppliers and build strong supplier relationships.
- Proven background in building strong business relationships and have great communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with a great commercial acumen.
- Great IT skills inclusive of Word, Excel, inhouse CRM systems and experience with Xero, accounting software would be a benefit.
- Highly organised, great attention to detail.
- Proven background in driving forward new business opportunities.
