Job Role; Group Management Accountant

Established for over 30 years our Client is a fast paced / ever changing and expanding Group of Companies.

They are looking to appoint a Group Management Accountant who is up to the challenge of acting as a Senior across the Management Accounting function is this fast paced / driven Group of Companies.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE GROUP MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT;

• Basic Salary up to c £47,000
• Annual Salary and Performance related Review / Bonus
• Monday to Friday - the role is office based - there can be negotiation re start and finish times
• 25 days holiday AND Bank Holidays

THE ROLE OF THE GROUP MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT;

The role of the Group Management Accountant will report and work closely with the Finance Director. You will act as a Senior to 2 Management Accountants - 1 is AAT Qualified / 1 is Qualified by Experience.

To be suited to this role you must have;

• a minimum of 3 / 4 years working to prepare Management Accounts and be able to review / discuss and report
• be Part Qualified - ACCA / CIMA or Qualified AAT
• be able to work to strict and tight Reporting deadline
• be an adaptable / team player

Technicals of the role will include;

• Production of Management Accounts pack
• Prepare Summary Papers
• Prepare detailed Analysis of Profit and Loss / Variance etc
• Review of Balance Sheet
• Additional Reporting across VAT / Payroll
• Year End - work closely with External Accountant
