An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Group Financial Reporting Manager to join a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-growth organisation. This role is pivotal in driving accurate, insightful, and timely financial reporting across a complex, multi-brand, multi-site business. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, detail-driven finance professional with a strong technical background and experience in group consolidation and stakeholder engagement.About the Role:Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, you'll take ownership of the group's consolidated reporting process, play a key role in the budgeting and reforecasting cycles, and act as a key liaison between group finance and regional business units. This is a strategic role for someone looking to add value through improved reporting processes and business insight, while also supporting ongoing transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:* Lead monthly consolidated reporting, including preparation of board packs and insightful variance commentary* Coordinate group-wide budgeting and forecasting processes* Partner with regional finance teams to ensure alignment and consistency in reporting and financial controls* Manage group statutory reporting, including preparation and audit support* Drive analysis of working capital and cash flow forecasts* Maintain compliance with IFRS and group accounting policies* Lead initiatives to improve reporting systems and processes * Develop internal controls and ensure audit readiness* Become a super-user for financial systems used across the group* Support the Group Financial Controller on ad hoc strategic and financial projectsWhat We're Looking For:* Fully qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) * Proven experience in group reporting and statutory accounts within a fast-paced, evolving business* Sound knowledge of IFRS and best practices in financial reporting* Strong analytical and commercial acumen* Confident communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders across departments and regions* Experience in managing external audits and dealing What's in it for you?* Join a growing, forward-thinking business with a collaborative culture* Hybrid working and flexible environment* Excellent exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-makingThe chance to shape and enhance the group reporting functionIf you're an experienced finance professional with a passion for reporting, systems, and stakeholder engagement, we'd love to hear from you.
