Description
- Manage and oversee all aspects of financial reporting and compliance.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to support operational goals.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across the organisation.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure efficient financial resource allocation.
- Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental objectives.

Profile
A successful Group Financial Controller should have:
- Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Experience working with EMEA and US.
- Experience with ERP implementations.
- Multi-currency consolidation experience
- Vast experience with technical accountancy, financial controlling, audit, and management of transactional functions.
