Group Finance Manager - Equifind Group : Job Details

Equifind is partnering with a fast-growing international advisory firm, that are looking who’s hands-on, commercially minded Group Finance Manager to join their dynamic fast-paced team based in Central London.

This fantastic opportunity is for someone who sees finance as a key driver of growth, resilience, and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of end-to-end financial oversight across multiple regions.
• Lead and mentor a small team while remaining involved in the day-to-day delivery.
• Manage and drive external audits, enhance internal controls and build scalable reporting structures.
• Partner closely with senior leadership to inform and support data-backed decision-making.
• Play a key role in risk analysis, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning.

About you:

• ACA qualified coupled with 2-3 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Strong leadership experience, ideally within a small to medium sized business.
• Solid foundation in financial reporting, audit and balance sheet control.
• Confident with systems, ideally familiar with Xero is a plus.
• People-focused approach with the ability to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
