Group Accountant

6-Month FTC to Perm

Hybrid | East Grinstead

£50,000 to £65,000 depending on experience

I'm partnering with a well known, reputable group, who have created a newly created role to support an evolving finance department. This friendly, stable, supportive organisation offer outstanding benefits, competitive salary within a friendly work environment.

This is an interesting, varied Group Accountant role where you will be tasked with supporting year-end financial statements and supporting with the audit. In addition you will take the responsibility of the group management accounts. You will be confident in group consolidating, financial reporting, cashflow forecasting and stakeholder management.

This exciting opportunity is offered on a fixed term contract basis with the strong possibility to go permanent. Your hard work and experience will be rewarded with an outstanding benefits package.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with group and company management accounts

• Supporting year-end financial statements and audits

• Contributing to forecasts and ad-hoc financial projects

What we're looking for:

• Post-qualified experience in group accounting
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management
