Groundworker - Randstad Construction & Property : Job Details

Are you an experienced Groundworker looking for immediate, ongoing work on new build housing plots in Hartlepool?

• Location: Hartlepool

• Start date: ASAP

• Duration: Long term

• Rate: £20 ph CIS

We are currently seeking reliable and skilled Groundworkers to join our team on a busy residential development in the Hartlepool area. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated individuals to contribute to the successful completion of new homes in the North East.

Key Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Plot Finishing Works: Kerbing, flagging, block paving, and other external finishes on individual house plots.
• Drainage: Installation and connection of drainage systems for residential properties.
• Foundations: Assisting with the preparation and laying of foundations.
• Site Preparation: Clearing and preparing plots for subsequent trades.
• General Groundworks: All associated groundworks duties as required on a new build housing site.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations on site.
• Working effectively as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Groundworker, specifically on new build housing developments.
• Valid CSCS Card is essential.
