Groundworker Fencer - Service Care Solutions - Housing : Job Details

We working with a reputable Housing Company company providing high-quality services across the Stevenage area. The role:We are looking for a skilled and motivated ground worker fencer to join our team. You will be responsible for fencing installations and ground preparation work, ensuring every job is completed to a high standard.Key responsibilities:

• Installing various types of fencing, including timber, metal and mesh
• Preparing and maintaining ground surfaces for fencing projects
• Operating machinery and tools safely and efficiently
• Following health and safety guidelines on site
• Driving to and from job sites across Stevenage and nearby locations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a ground worker and/or fencer
• Valid driving licence and willingness to drive regularly
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills

• The pay range for the role is £18.00per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £15.35per hour, inclusive of holiday.
