Greek Speaking Credit Controller

12 month maternity contract

100% Remote role

Up to £45,000

A large global company is currently looking for a Greek speaking Credit Controller to join its global credit management team on a 12 month maternity contract. You will manage a varied portfolio of blue chip and SME customers. The ideal candidate will have experience of Credit Control chasing Greek customers.

Reporting into the Credit Manager, your duties will include:

  • Managing a Greek ledger, chasing customers for outstanding debts
  • Review all accounts and and perform collection activities
  • Partner with Sales & other internal stakeholders to communicate status of accounts and expedite resolution
  • Analyse and resolve problems by coordinating with appropriate departments to drive operational excellence in the order-to-cash application cycle
  • Respond to external/internal queries regarding payment and case escalation status
  • Working to cash collection targets
  • Maintain detailed records of customer contact activities

Skills/Experience required:

  • International credit control experience
  • Fluent Greek and English essential
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Commitment to customer relationship building
  • Establishing and achieving performance goals
  • Must demonstrate customer centric, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Good Excel skills
