Role: Graphics Installer / Sign Fitter

Location: Mitcham CR4

Our client Printalicious is a well-established leading Signage and large format company. This role will require someone with at least 3 years’ experience in the installation of graphics and signage from the large format and digital print industry. The successful candidate must have a strong production knowledge and have a proven record of working with all aspects of print and sign installation.

To Load each morning/night and check all packages and paperworkSelf-manage day to ensure they are prompt for each jobPlan the route between jobs and ensure sufficient time for each jobEnsure correct equipment is available to complete the briefEnsure each job is installed correctly following the brief providedTidy the site and ensure all work is completed to a professional standardSend feedback and pictures of the completed install reporting any issuesFull UK driving licence required as this post will require extensive and frequent travel (reasonable adjustments will be considered for those unable to hold one due to a disability).Flexibility in approach and willingness to work unsocial hoursRequirements:

Working knowledge of the signage industry - Have a strong background within the installation of signage and graphics from the digital printing industryYou will need a technical mind and the ability to work with the lead sign fitter to achieve high quality installationsExperience in the graphics and creative production industryAbility to clearly communicate instructions to a teamFlexibility and willingness to provide practical support where necessaryExcellent time managementExcellent organisational skillsExcellent attention to detailIndividual diligence with a focus on team participationGood leadership skillsGood written and oral communication skillsFlexibility and willingness to provide practical support where necessaryVarious sign installation experience working in lots of materials (installing, window graphics, large format prints, exhibitions & build, retail, shop-fit & signage, hoardings, Retail graphics, lighting, and bespoke signs & graphics, LED & lighting)Be flexible when it comes to working hoursSelf-motivated and driven
