Graphic Designer – Head Office, PlymouthPermanent | Full-time | Monday – Friday, 08:45am – 17:30pmAre you a creative thinker with a flair for design? Pertemps, on behalf of our client, are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join the Head Office design team in Plymouth.This is an exciting opportunity to work across a variety of creative projects, from packaging and seasonal campaigns to print and digital communication design. You’ll be collaborating with a dynamic team, bringing fresh ideas to the table, and delivering high-quality designs that capture attention and elevate the brand.What you’ll be doing:

• Developing eye-catching visual concepts for packaging and seasonal campaigns.
• Creating and adapting artwork files from templates, ensuring brand consistency.
• Preparing images and artwork for print, with creative retouching where needed.
• Collaborating with the design team to deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
• Applying your knowledge of print, branding, and finishes to produce engaging designs.
• Managing design files effectively, keeping everything organised and accessible.
• Presenting your ideas confidently, with strong communication skills to support your creative vision.

What we’re looking for:

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop (essential).
• A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and design range, ideally including packaging.
• Excellent typographic skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• Experience designing for both print and web, with solid knowledge of colour profiles and file formatting.
• An understanding of branding principles and the retail industry (advantageous).
